Job description:

Organization and implementation: online and offline recruitment (including dual selection meetings), offer negotiation and distribution, entry procedures, onboarding training, responsible for employee file registration and storage, social security provident fund payment, attendance, wages Accounting, personal tax declaration, performance appraisal, personnel regularization, job confidentiality agreement, resignation negotiation, resignation procedures, and establishment of personnel procedures or rules and regulations;
3. Responsible for employee business insurance and other welfare docking;
